1. What is your return policy?

We are confident that our items are 100% authentic and what you see is what you get in our website.We have money back, guaranteed. Each product we sell is meticulously inspected by our team of expert authenticators.The only time that you can cancel or return is when the item is fake and the photos are not the actual photos that you saw here in our website.We also provide Certificate of Authenticity with additional cost on your end.Depends on the brand.


2. How can I avail your layaway or installment plan?

You will get it once the item has been paid in full, we will record all your transactions every payment and you can also leave post dated cheques, we'll wait until the check has been cleared.


3. Do you issue official receipt?

We can issue Acknowledgement Trust Form upon request. And plus 3% if you want an Original Receipt.


4. How can I get the item?

3 options that you can choose, via delivery from our own trusted rider at our own risk, you can also pick it up in our showroom or ship via LBC with insurance and declared value.All shipping and delivery fees are shouldered by the buyer.


5. Do you ship abroad?

Yes we do, via DHL only, we will canvass your cost for shipping with insurance and declared value.


6. What is direct buying and consignment?

*Direct Buying only for the items that are easy to sell and we have all the right to inspect and decide if we will buy it.
*For consignment, we only accept BRANDNEW AND “GENTLY” USED ITEMS for Bags,Accessories and Watches.
*Wallets and Shoes should be UNUSED or fresh from flagship store (brand new).
*We appreciate if you can also provide the receipt where it was purchased. Otherwise, it will be subject for thorough evaluation.
*Please give us 1-2 days to evaluate your item.
*Please fill out our CONSIGNMENT FORM and you will be given a copy for your record keeping.
*ITEMS should be in our CARE for at least 14 days to give us time to sell and offer to our resellers, preferred and walk in clients as well.
*As you Fill out our CONSIGNMENT FORM, Please do not forget to note your FULL NAME and ACCOUNT DETAILS for Payment Proceeds in Check or Via Bank Deposits.Sorry we do not pay in CASH for our documentation purposes.Please note also if you are agreeable with installment payment and how long.
*All your items are covered with insurance for your peace of mind too.
*We have the right not to accept and we are not allowed to divulge the reasons as well.
*Once your item has been delivered/sold/shipped out to its new owner, we send you PROCEEDS on AGREED NET PRICE.All items are the property of the CONSIGNOR until they are sold.

We will email the address of our headquarter in Manila after you fill out and email us the consignment form.

7. Do you accept Credit Card?
No, we prefer cash or check (we have to wait until it's clear) Gcash, BDO and Unionbank Online or Bank Transfer.
